Firstly, the best way and economic way to customize new design USB shape is PVC soft material. Because the mold fee is cheap which is just US$65. And the time to design new shape and make the sample is just about 3-5 business days. If any problem, we can change the color without any extra fee. 

Secondly, of course, some customers would like to make Plastic material new design. But this way for mold fee is expensive which will be about US$5000. And the time to make the mold is long too which will be about 15-20 business days. And it is not easy to fix the mold.

Then, our designers will make a 3D design or artwork for your approval. If it is ok, then, you send the mold fee to us to make the samples.
